How do I keep my purchases fresh?

When your order arrives pop in the fridge for around an hour as could of been a hot journey for the bakes on their way to you! Bespoke biscuits we advice for keep out of direct sunlight & heat. Grazing platters unfortunately do not fit in the fridge as they are 50cm x 50cm circles but again keep these in a cool area and out of direct sunlight. sandwich platters and treat & grazing boxes can be kept in the fridge until you ready to eat! 

Do you offer gluten free / Vegan items?

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t. This is something we will be working on in the near future.

Payment & Delivery

Payment must be made online at time of ordering.

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days of ordering (depending on how busy we are). They will then be dispatched based on the postage you have chosen. Please note that Royal Mail do not deliver over weekends with second class.

Once boxes are posted it is out of our control and sometimes there can be delays. We are able to track boxes but Royal Mail allow up to 10 working days, all tracking information is 

sent within the dispatched email but if you are having trouble, please get in contact and we will do everything we can to resolve any issues & problems. 

Can I collect rather than delivery?

Of course! If you are local to us in Abbeywood SE2 then why not?! At check out there is a option for free collection.When order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with our address and collection info. In this email will state when your order is ready to collect. Please do not collect until you have received this email as your order may not be baked & ready.

How long will my order last?

Cookies & brownies can last up to a week if kept in an air tight container.Brownies can be frozen and defrosted and re heat if need be but MUST be Consumed with in a month of delivery. 

I want a topping that’s not on your menu? 

We are here to cater for everyone’s taste! If there’s something you fancy but isn’t on our menu just give us a message before you order and we will do our best to arrange this for you! Please allow up to 24 hours for reply. Also please be aware if you make your order before contacting us we can’t promise your request will be met

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return your order to us. However as our products are food and can not be resold once they’ve been dispatched from us, this will only be done in certain circumstances. IE if the box is totally squished upon arrival. Slight damage won’t be acceptable. We will also not be offering refunds for delayed shipping.

The consumer (you) will be responsible for the return postage costs. We will also not be refunding any original shipping charges, only the price of the goods bought. We will process a refund as soon as possible, once we have received the product back.

We do not hold any responsibility if a parcel is lost or missing when sent via Royal Mail. Missing & lost parcels must be taken up via royal mail and we do not offer any refunds for these issues.
